Salon Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Great Relationships are based on TRUST, MUTUAL RESPECT and COURTESY. As we endeavour to build long lasting relationships with our clientele, we have a simple Salon Booking and cancellation Policy in place.

  • We appreciate a minimum of 24 to 48 hours notice shall you need to cancel your scheduled appointment.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your bookings.
  • Last minute cancellation, Lack of cancellation notice and not turning up to your scheduled appointments will result in your credit card being charged 50% of the treatment value booked.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to unwind and go through your beauty needs and queries with our therapist .
