Terms and conditions of our gift vouchers:

  • Our gift vouchers come with a 36 months expiry date which is clearly mentioned on our voucher. The voucher must be redeemed for treatments within this time frame.
  • Our gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Our gift vouchers are issued under the recipient's name and the recipient is the sole beneficiary of the treatments mentioned. It cannot be shared.
  • Our gift vouchers can be used more than once if the total value of the treatment cannot be used in one visit. Please note that the full voucher use will have to be within the expiry date.
  • If you do not show up on your appointment, 100% of the value of the voucher will be void.
